Key Job Functions

• Station Management:Lead a specific kitchen station
• Culinary Execution:Prepare, cook, and plate food according to menu specifications, recipes, and quality standards.
• Mise-en-place & Inventory: Prepare ingredients in advance and monitor station inventory, ensuring adequate stock and minimal waste.
• Supervision & Training:Supervise, train, and mentor Demi Chef De Partie and Kitchen Assistant.
• Health & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years experience.
