About the Role

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to support our finance team with insightful analysis, financial modeling, and strategic reporting. The ideal candidate will help improve profitability, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and enhance decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze SKU-level profitability, pricing, and product performance

- Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses

- Conduct budget vs. actual analysis across departments and cost centers

- Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario planning

- Support costing analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities

- Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams

- Ensure data integrity across ERP and BI reporting systems

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or management reporting

- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and Power BI

- Excellent analytical and presentation skills

- Professional certifications (ACCA, CFA, CPA) are an advantage
