HR Intern

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR intern to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with our HR team to support a range of HR functions, including database management, recruitment, onboarding, and other HR tasks as delegated.
- This internship is designed to provide you with valuable real-world experience in HR and the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers.
- Support preparation and formatting of training materials and presentations.
- Coordinate training logistics, attendance records, and feedback documentation.
- Assist with post-training evaluations and preparation of summary reports.
- Maintain and update HR documents, employee records, and client files.
- Conduct HR research and benchmarking to support consulting projects.
- Support development of HR policies, templates, competency frameworks, and client reports.
- Provide general administrative and project support to HR consultants and participate in internal meetings and assignments.
- Perform other related tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google workspace
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
