Job Summary
- Our client is seeking dynamic and results-driven marketer to join its team.
- The ideal candidate must possess good marketing and business development skills and should have good knowledge of lending and financial instruments.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote various loan products (personal, business, mortgage, etc.).
- Generate and nurture leads through digital campaigns, social media, in-person events, and partnerships.
- Create, manage, and optimize marketing funnels to guide prospects from interest to application.
- Maintain and update the company website and ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer segments.
- Build relationships with referral partners, such as real estate agents, dealerships, or financial advisors.
- Coordinate with the compliance team to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards.
- Prepare detailed monthly marketing reports and present findings to management.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve messaging and campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies.
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to understand client needs & financial objectives.
- Understanding of the financial sector.
- Experience in selling to all classes of client’s traders, low-salary earners, and corporate organizations.
- Report writing and documentation skills.
- Excellent marketing and business development skills.
- Experience in the financial sector of microlending is an added advantage.
