Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to be the cornerstone of our organization. In this role, you will harmonize our facilities management strategy with daily operational processes, ensuring that our team is empowered and our operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance, security, and functionality of all facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline workflows and coordinate activities across departments to enhance overall productivity and minimize waste.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement facility-related policies while ensuring strict adherence to local regulations and safety standards.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to forecast facility needs and translate business objectives into actionable operational plans.
- Resource Management: Manage vendor relationships, operational budgets, and facility resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5–8 years of progressive experience in facilities management or operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
