Job Summary
- We are recruiting an experienced Property Manager for a reputable real estate development and property management company with a portfolio of premium residential apartments in Victoria Island, Lagos.
- This role is ideal for a proactive and commercially minded professional who can oversee property operations, maintain high asset standards, and ensure strong tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of luxury residential properties
- Ensure buildings are maintained to premium standards
- Manage leasing activities and occupancy levels
- Build strong tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly
- Supervise vendors, maintenance projects, and service providers
- Monitor budgets, rent collection, and financial performance
Requirements
- Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–7+ years’ experience in property or facilities management
- Experience managing luxury residential properties
- Strong tenant management, negotiation, and financial management skills
- Good understanding of real estate operations and property regulations.
