Role Summary

As the Process Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, optimization, and technical integrity of process systems for major energy projects. This role requires a blend of high-level technical expertise and leadership, ensuring that all engineering deliverables meet international standards and safety protocols.

Core Responsibilities

- Responsible for all process design deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, process datasheets, and operating philosophies.

- Ensure all process engineering activities remain fully aligned with FEED specifications, safety requirements, and defined performance criteria.

- Lead the process engineering team through peer reviews and technical guidance.

- Direct the integration of safety standards into process designs by leading key safety studies.

- Interface with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of process designs into the broader project scope.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.

- COREN and NSE (Nigerian Society of Engineers) registration is highly preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Oil and Gas process engineering with significant leadership experience.

- Exceptional leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
