Job Summary
- Popville Luxury Homes is seeking a creative and results-driven Head of Marketing with at least 4 years of marketing experience to lead and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive luxury home sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote Popville Luxury Homes and its property collections.
- Drive lead generation through digital marketing, social media, events, and advertising.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to support property sales and customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
- Manage marketing content, partnerships, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, luxury brands, or high-value products.
- Proven ability to plan and drive successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance and improve campaign outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
- N350,000 – N500,000 monthly salary plus commission
- Special Performance Incentive Funds (SPIF).
