Chief Human Resource & Administration Officer (CHRAO)
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-Time.
Position Overview
- The CHRAO is a senior executive responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s human capital strategy, administrative governance, and workforce systems.
- The role ensures the organization maintains a productive, compliant, and high-performance workforce while driving operational efficiency and strong organizational culture.
- The CHRAO reports directly to the CEO and is a key member of the executive leadership team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or Master’s degree will be an advantage.
- Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD or equivalent)
- Minimum 5–10 years HR and administration experience
- At least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
- Experience managing large or multi-location workforce preferred.
