Head of Operations

Role Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the company and ensure efficiency across departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals and achieve company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate sector.
- Manage, mentor, and develop operational staff to maximize performance.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and partners to maintain strong relationships.
- Prepare operational reports and provide insights for decision-making.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate or a related managerial position.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
