Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling video, photo, and graphic content for property listings, projects, and brand campaigns.
- Manage and grow social media channels with engaging posts, reels, and stories.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with business objectives.
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for campaigns, property tours, and digital storytelling.
- Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to maximize engagement.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.
Requirements
- 2 – 4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Proficiency in video shooting, editing, and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva).
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to translate property features into visually engaging content.
- Knowledge of the real estate, lifestyle, or construction sector is an advantage.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently and within a team.
