Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage logistics operations including shipping, delivery coordination, and freight management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with logistics partners and service providers.
- Monitor supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Coordinate order fulfillment and delivery tracking systems.
- Implement operational strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
