  • We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Fintech & Banking who is passionate about building financial products at scale.
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment to design, build, and launch fintech products that power money movement, card payments, and core financial services on our platform.
  • You will collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and leadership to deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and payment behaviours to identify product opportunities and improve the user experience.
  • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for cards, wallets, and core financial infrastructure.
  • Translate product strategy into clear product requirements and technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Work closely with engineering to build and launch products quickly while maintaining reliability and security.
  • Lead the development and scaling of card products (debit, prepaid, and virtual cards).
  • Manage integrations with card processors and payment schemes such as Visa and Mastercard.
  • Define product requirements for core banking and ledger systems, including accounts, wallets, transactions, and settlement.
  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure products meet regulatory and fraud-prevention requirements.
  • Drive product launches, working with leadership, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and continuously improve the platform.
  • Act as a product evangelist, building alignment across internal teams and external partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
  • 5–8 years of Product Management experience, with 3+ years in fintech, banking, or payments.
  • Proven experience owning financial products end-to-end, from concept and strategy through launch and scaling.
  • Experience building or managing core banking or financial ledger systems, including accounts, wallets, transactions, reconciliation, and settlement.
  • Hands-on experience developing card products (debit, prepaid, virtual) and managing the full card lifecycle.
  • Experience integrating with card networks and processors, such as Visa, Mastercard, Marqeta, Galileo Financial Technologies, or Stripe.
  • Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, including authorisation flows, clearing, settlement, and payment APIs.
  • Experience working in regulated financial environments, collaborating with compliance teams on KYC/KYB, AML, and fraud controls.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, backend systems, and microservices architectures.
  • Sourcing and engaging with 3rd party providers.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
