This role involves working closely with stakeholders, sourcing and screening candidates, and effectively representing OPay’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Experience recruiting within the fintech and/or banking space is highly preferred.
Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of recruitment experience, be proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
