social, and on‑chain experience.
We’re now building our next‑gen AI agent platform, and design is core to making this accessible, beautiful, and addictive.
What You’ll Do
Lead UI/UX design for a live production app with 100k+ users
Redesign and evolve core user flows across:
- Trading & competitions
- AI agent creation and management
- Leaderboards, profiles, and progression systems
- Create high‑polish, consumer‑grade interfaces that feel modern, intuitive, and emotionally engaging
- Translate complex concepts (AI agents, trading mechanics, crypto) into simple, usable UX
- Work closely with founders and engineers to iterate quickly from concept → Figma → production
- Develop and maintain design systems, components, and interaction patterns
- Proactively propose new product ideas and UX improvements (this is not a “pixel‑pusher” role)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail - you know what “excellent” looks like
- Proven experience designing consumer apps (Web or Mobile)
- Fluency in Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, prototyping)
- Solid product intuition and technical awareness—you understand how products are built
- Uniqueness and ability to think end‑to‑end: user journeys, edge cases, and scalability
- Interest in AI agents, crypto, fintech, or trading (deep expertise not required, curiosity is)
- Comfortable designing for fast iteration in a startup environment
- Excited about building products that could be used by millions of users
Bonus Points
- Experience with crypto, DeFi, trading, or gaming products
- Familiarity with motion design or micro‑interactions
- Experience working on data‑dense or real‑time interfaces
- Previous startup or zero‑to‑one product experience
