Location: Head Office, Lagos

Job Summary

We are looking for a high-impact Strategy & Execution Manager to lead the transformation of our corporate vision into operational reality. You will be responsible for the governance and delivery of critical strategic projects, including large-scale industrial expansions and backward integration initiatives. This role requires a master of project management and S&OP governance who can navigate complex stakeholder environments to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy Formulation: Lead the development of long-term corporate visions, growth initiatives, and market expansion plans.

- Project Governance: Standardize project management frameworks, including risk assessment and milestone tracking for major initiatives (e.g., Sugar Refinery and Plant Expansions).

- Execution Oversight: Monitor the delivery of strategic projects across the organization, identifying gaps and addressing process bottlenecks to ensure high-performance execution.

- Operational Alignment (S&OP): Manage Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) governance to ensure seamless alignment between demand, production, and supply chain.

- Backward Integration: Direct the strategy and execution of backward integration projects to secure the supply chain and support national self-sufficiency goals.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and provide data-driven insights and regular updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

Education: First degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.

- At least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role within the FMCG industry.

- Advanced Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Management or Social Sciences is a strong advantage.

- Professional Certifications: PMP, CFA, Six Sigma/Lean Management, or Certified Strategy Professional (CSP) are highly preferred.

Key Competencies

- Expertise in managing large-scale capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.

- Strong command of S&OP processes and supply chain dynamics.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manage complex project budgets and timelines.
