Hospitality ₦700,000 Net per month

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including facility management, maintenance, and services
- Manage and develop a team of professionals, including vendor management, client complaints , and performance management of site staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the MD and other senior leaders to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Estate Management, Architect, Builder or any related field
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the FM industry
- Strong understanding of business operations, finance, Safety and management principles

Basic Requirements
- Minimum of 10 -15 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with at least 5 years in the FM industry
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives
- Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- A member of AFMPN and any recognized Facility Management Association is highly required
