As the People Operations Manager, you will own and streamline key people processes—from recruitment and onboarding to performance tracking and employee engagement.You’ll be responsible for ensuring the company attracts, hire, and retain high-performing talent while making the company's employee experience delightful and efficient.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent Management in a startup or high-growth tech company.

- Excellent project management skills—can juggle multiple priorities and execute fast.

- Previous experience implementing or managing HR tech tools is a plus.
