Our client is entering an exciting new phase, moving from product development to market rollout and adoption and is looking for a Product & Growth Manager to help us execute, scale, and thrive. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and operations. You’ll work closely with the founder to turn plans into action, coordinate product execution, drive user adoption, and ensure PeoplePulse gains real market traction.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Operations
- Coordinate product roadmap execution with developers and designers
- Track feature development, releases, and timelines
- Translate business needs and user feedback into clear product requirements
- Ensure smooth rollout of new features and updates
- Maintain product documentation and internal SOPs
Go-To-Market & Growth
- Execute go-to-market plans for product launch and feature releases
- Support pricing, packaging, and positioning decisions
- Drive user onboarding and adoption strategies
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer-facing efforts
- Identify growth opportunities through partnerships, pilots, and experiments
Customer & Feedback Loop
- Manage early user feedback and insights
- Coordinate improvements based on real user needs
- Support client onboarding and early-stage customer success
- Monitor product usage, engagement, and drop-off points
Performance & Reporting
- Define and track product and growth KPIs
- Provide weekly execution and progress updates to leadership
- Ensure alignment across product, growth, and operations
