As Tax Manager, you will provide leadership across tax planning, compliance, advisory, transfer pricing, and audits ensuring optimal tax positioning and full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
โ Develop and implement effective tax planning and optimization strategies
โ Manage tax forecasting, provisioning, and transfer pricing documentation
โ Lead tax audits and resolve issues with relevant tax authorities
โ Identify and leverage applicable tax incentives, credits, and reliefs
โ Ensure compliance with Nigerian and applicable international tax laws
Requirements
โ Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
โ Professional certification: ICAN, ACCA, or CITN (preferred)
โ Minimum of 6 yearsโ experience in tax management
โ Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations and compliance requirements
ERP proficiency, strong leadership, and analytical skills
