Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Remuneration: N800,000 - N1,000,000 monthly gross

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our HR department, develop and implement policies that align with overall business objectives, and foster a positive, productive workplace culture. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep HR expertise, and a proven ability to drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training and development, and compliance.

2. Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.

3. Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

5. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.

6. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.

7. Develop and implement performance management systems.

8. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

2. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role

3. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems

4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

5. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

6. Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

7. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
