Job Description
- We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Agbara branch.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service to patients, handling enquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding services, appointments, pricing, and procedures.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately using the hospital management system.
- Provide accurate information about laboratory tests, radiology services, consultations, and other healthcare offerings.
- Manage patient complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Update patient records and ensure proper documentation of all interactions.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with billing enquiries.
- Collaborate with clinical and laboratory teams to ensure seamless patient flow and service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area.
- Adhere to patient confidentiality, data protection, and organizational policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Mass Communication, Business Administration, or Social Sciences preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or front desk role (healthcare experience is an added advantage).
- National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) completed (where applicable).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and empathetic approach.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficient in the use of computers and hospital management/CRM software.
- Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to speak English fluently (knowledge of local languages is an advantage).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
