Our client, a fast-growing real estate company, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases luxury properties, strengthens brand visibility, and supports marketing and sales efforts across digital platforms.
This role requires a strong visual storyteller with experience in shooting, editing, and delivering engaging real estate video content that appeals to prospective buyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for property listings, site inspections, walkthroughs, and promotional campaigns.
* Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, website, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
* Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop video concepts aligned with branding and sales objectives.
* Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, stabilizers, lighting, and audio tools.
* Edit videos using industry-standard software to ensure professional-quality output.
* Manage video content library and ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Stay updated with current video trends, especially in real estate and digital marketing.
* Cover company events, client engagements, and property launches when required.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a videographer; experience in real estate is an added advantage.
* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
* Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Portfolio or sample works is required.
