Role Highlights:
-Experience: 5+ years in HR, preferably within FMCG, business distribution, or other performance-driven commercial environments
-Location: Ikota, VGC (Lagos Island) โ On-site for first 6 months
What Youโll Do:
- Design and manage performance management frameworks, KPIs, and structured performance reviews
- Link performance outcomes to rewards, promotions, and corrective actions
- Develop recruitment, onboarding, and probation frameworks
- Drive accountability across sales, operations, and revenue-generating teams
- Identify training gaps and implement measurable development programs
- Deliver data-driven HR reports and workforce analytics for management
Qualifications:
-Bachelorโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPM or postgraduate qualification a plus)
-Strong experience in performance management and commercial HR environments
-Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and change management skills
