We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer (COO) for a reputable apparel and manufacturing industry to lead and scale its operations. This role is suited for a strategic, hands-on leader with a proven ability to translate vision into execution, build strong operational systems, and drive excellence across the business.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

i. Lead and manage end-to-end business operations to drive growth and profitability

ii. Design and implement operational systems, policies, and SOPs.

iii. Partner with leadership to translate strategy into executable plans

iv. Drive efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams

v. Ensure exceptional customer experience through strong operational controls across departments.

Ideal Candidate should have

i. Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role (COO, Head of Operations, or Operations Director)

ii. Strong execution mindset with the ability to scale systems and teams

iii. Experience in fast-paced, creative, or consumer-facing businesses is an advantage

iv. High level of integrity, structure, and sound decision-making ability
