We’re looking for an experienced Social Media & Marketing Manager to own our digital presence and early growth efforts. This is a hands-on, execution-plus-strategy role suited for someone who can work independently with founder guidance.
Responsibilities
● Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
● Create and execute a monthly content calendar
● Produce high-quality posts, short-form videos, and screen-recorded demos (no on-camera work)
● Handle captions, hashtags, comments, and DMs
● Run email marketing using MailerLite (campaigns, segmentation, automations)
● Support basic SEO and blog content (AI-assisted writing allowed)
● Build and optimize early lead-generation funnels and waitlist flows
● Provide weekly updates and a monthly performance report
Nice to Have
● SaaS, EdTech, or B2C marketing experience
● Experience marketing to educators
● Comfort using AI tools for content creation
● Experience managing paid ads (not required for Phase 1, but will be later)
● Experience creating content on TikTok/Reels
