Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MEL) Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Framework Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive M&E frameworks, plans, and Log Frames.
• Data Management: Design data collection tools (surveys, interviews) and ensure data quality.
• Analysis and Reporting: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and compile findings into reports for stakeholders.
• Learning & Adaptation: Document case studies and lessons learned to inform decision-making.
• Verification: Monitor implementation quality and verify reported data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Project Management, or Environmental Management.
• At least 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing M&E systems within an NGO environment.
• Strong skills in statistical methods, sampling design, and evaluation methods.
• Experience in preparation of donor reports.
