Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all departments and services.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure coordinated, efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and clinical protocols.
• Ensure best-practice standards in patient safety, ethics, and confidentiality.
• Monitor compliance with national and international regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Review adverse incidents, risk reports, and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate clinical, laboratory, counseling, and diagnostic services for optimal efficiency.
• Supervise unit heads and staff, including performance management and professional support.
• Work closely with HR and Finance on budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MBBS or equivalent) — mandatory.
• Postgraduate qualification in Public Health, Health Management, Business Administration, or a related field — required.
• Minimum of 7–10 years relevant clinical and administrative/management experience.
• Experience in hospital, public health, or specialized medical program management preferred.
• Proven experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and managing service delivery operations.
