Our client is a growing real estate and investment company seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow

- Prepare management accounts and financial reports

- Ensure tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance

- Oversee audits, controls, and financial risk management

- Support investment analysis and strategic decision-making

- Lead and supervise the finance function

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred

- 5–7 years’ relevant experience (real estate/investment experience is an advantage)

- Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills

- High integrity and attention to detail
