Your impact
You’ll define how our products speak to users.
Your words will help customers understand, trust, and complete complex banking actions with ease.
What you’ll do
Write product copy for onboarding, navigation, errors, empty states, and confirmations
Partner closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Engineering
Create and maintain tone, voice, and content standards
Test and improve copy based on user behavior and data
Advocate for clarity and simplicity across products
What you bring
· 3+ years' experience in UX writing, content design, or product copy
· A strong portfolio showing structured, intentional product writing
· Comfort working with Figma and collaborative tools
· Clear thinking and attention to detail
· Bonus if you’ve worked in fintech or data-driven products.
