Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Promotion: Design and oversee trade promotion programs, point-of-sale materials, and incentive schemes for distributors and retailers.
- Product Management: Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches and existing product lines.
- Marketing Materials: Develop compelling messaging, technical literature, and sales tools for the commercial team.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, track competitors, and identify new market opportunities.
- Digital & Advertising: Manage the company’s product advertising and digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Budgeting: Manage the marketing department's budget and ensure a measurable return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of progressive advertising and marketing experience.
