Key Responsibilities
Documentation: Prepare financial and investment proposals required for fundraising.
Due Diligence: Co-ordinate due diligence processes with lenders, investors, and external advisers.
Relationship Management: Manage bank relationships and maintain a funding pipeline aligned with the company's strategy.
Negotiation: Support negotiation of loan terms, facility agreements, and pricing.
Technical Analysis: Support the Head of Finance/Project (HFP) in financial models for project finance, valuation, scenario planning, etc.
Reporting & Presentation: Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, information memorandums, and board-level funding papers.
Requirements
Education:
First degree or its equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Financial Consulting.
Proven experience in capital raising, financial modelling, and investment evaluation.
Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Energy, or project-heavy industries is an added advantage.
