Mathematics / Further Mathematics Teacher

Job Responsibilities
- Have a detailed knowledge of the relevant aspects of the National Curriculum and other statutory requirements for Mathematics and Further Mathematics.
- Have a secure knowledge and understanding of their specialized subject(s) equating to degree level.
- Identify clear teaching and learning objectives, content, lesson structure, and sequences appropriate to the complex subject matter being taught.
Qualifications and Experience
The Mathematics / Further Mathematics Teacher must satisfy the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. / B.Sc. Ed) in Mathematics,or a closely related quantitative field from a recognized institution.
- 5- 8 years of teaching experience, preferably in a secondary or high school setting.
- Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).
- Certification and experience in delivering the IGCSE Mathematics and Additional/Further Mathematics curriculum.
- Recognized training or accreditation as a Cambridge Assessment Examiner is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in student assessment, data analysis, and curriculum evaluation.
- Experience working within a boarding school environment is an added advantage.
