HR / Admin Manager

Job Summary
- The organization is seeking an experienced and proactive HR/Admin Manager to oversee human resources and administrative functions.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in HR and administration, with the ability to manage workforce operations, ensure compliance, and drive organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
- Develop and implement organizational policies, procedures, and structures.
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and performance documentation.
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training, learning, and staff development initiatives.
- Supervise administrative operations and office management activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
- Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
- Monitor staff productivity and recommend improvement strategies.
- Manage employee confirmation, promotion, transfer, and exit processes.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure the accuracy of employee records.
- Oversee procurement and management of office supplies and administrative resources.
- Liaise with external vendors, regulatory agencies, and service providers when required.
- Support management in implementing strategic HR initiatives and organizational goals.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to support decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- Experience Baseline: Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources and Administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Core HR Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations, alongside experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR documentation. Experience using HR software, HRIS platforms, or employee management systems is an added advantage.

Remuneration
- Salary: N300,000 – N400,000
- Accommodation: Provided.
