Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Consultant to join our growing travel team.
- The successful candidate will handle travel bookings, reservations, visa applications, client documentation, and support the development of travel packages and destination offerings
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client bookings, reservations, and visa documentation.
- Review and verify passports, forms, visas, and supporting documents.
- Track submission deadlines, appointments, and application updates.
- Assist clients with travel forms and documentation requirements.
- Research destinations, conferences, visa opportunities, and travel packages.
- Stay updated on visa rules, travel advisories, and travel requirements.
- Work with the sales, finance, and customer service teams.
- Communicate effectively while working remotely and in-office when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of visa processing, travel bookings, and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid role.
- Passion for travel and willingness to learn.
Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 per month.
