Description
- We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end factory operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
- Ensure production targets are met efficiently and within budget.
- Implement and maintain quality control and safety standards.
- Supervise factory staff and ensure effective workforce management.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and other departments.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure minimal downtime.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field is an advantage.
- 7-10 years’ experience in factory or manufacturing operations within FMCG or related industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and HSE standards.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
