Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing graphics, social media posts, and marketing materials using Canva or other design tools.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms to boost brand visibility.
- Manage company accounts to ensure consistent posting, audience engagement, and community growth.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize results.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with property listings and client acquisition goals.
- Maintain the company’s core brand identity and messaging across all digital content.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of other design and video editing software is an advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Practical understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and online advertising strategies.
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable steps.
