Customer Service Officer / Cashier
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Process cash, POS, and bank transfer payments accurately.
- Maintain daily sales / expenses records and reconcile cash and transactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection and drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and support basic accounting tasks.
- Ensure the showroom and cashier's area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Safeguard company assets and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years' experience in bookkeeping, cashiering, customer service, or retail sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
- Excellent communication, numerical, and customer service skills.
- Sales-driven, detail-oriented, and highly trustworthy.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is an added advantage.
