Shift Production Supervisor

Description
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily production targets and quality requirements are met.
- Capable of fixing minor mechanical machine breakdowns through quick parts replacements during day or night shifts to reduce downtime.
- Ensure discipline amongst lower cadre production staff to ensure company production targets are met.
- Should have a good understanding of factory production workflows.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degrees / HND in Production or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable tertiary institution in Nigeria.
- 3-5 years experience is required.
- Applicants must be learned with strong analytic and problem solving skills.
- Applicants will be tested and interviewed on their level of understanding.
- Applicants Must clearly state their Skill Set, What Can You Do?. This is what matters to us.
- Age between 25-35yrs.
- Must be willing to Relocate to Benin or already residing in Benin.
- You must be smart in thinking.
- Marital Status: Preferably Single.
Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 / Month.
