HR Supervisor
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Reports To: Head of Human Resources
About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to support the development and implementation of human resource strategies, employee
- engagement initiatives, and workforce management processes that align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation processes for new employees.
- Supervise employee records management and ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Manage leave administration, attendance tracking, disciplinary processes, and employee welfare activities.
- Support performance management initiatives, including appraisals, KPI monitoring, and employee development plans.
- Coordinate staff training and capacity-building programmes.
- Handle employee relations matters and facilitate conflict resolution where necessary.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and workforce analytics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with statutory labour requirements and best HR practices.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree /HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 4–6 years relevant experience in Human Resources.
- CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or related professional certification will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range
N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
