Gender Equality Specialist (Project Based)
Location: Wuse, Abuja
Salary: ₦150,000/month
Responsibilities:
Design and implement gender‑responsive programs.
Conduct gender analysis and integrate findings into projects.
Provide training on gender equality and inclusion.
Monitor and evaluate gender mainstreaming efforts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote women’s empowerment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Gender Studies, Sociology, or Development Studies.
3–5 years’ experience in gender programming or advocacy.
Strong knowledge of gender issues in Nigeria.
Excellent facilitation and report‑writing skills.
