Job Summary
- The Crop/Farm Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all crop production and farm operations to ensure maximum productivity, quality, and profitability.
- The role involves managing planting, cultivation, irrigation, pest control, harvesting, staff supervision, equipment utilization, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
Farm Planning and Crop Production:
- Develop and implement annual and seasonal crop production plans.
- Schedule and oversee land preparation, planting, cultivation, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting activities.
- Monitor crop growth and ensure optimal crop health and productivity.
- Select appropriate crop varieties based on market demand, climate, and soil conditions.
- Implement best agricultural practices to improve yield and quality.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 per month.
