Job Summary
- This role offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who is passionate about Human Resources and possesses strong capabilities in data analytics, reporting, and graphic design.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic HR initiatives through data-driven insights and visually impactful presentations and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, generate insights, and support informed decision-making.
- Design and develop professional reports, dashboards, presentations, and HR communications using appropriate design tools.
- Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather and analyze workforce-related data.
- Conduct research and analysis to support talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Support the administration of employee surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic management reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Social Sciences, Humanities, or any related discipline from a reputable institution.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, HR Analytics, Data Analysis, or related roles will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of Student Membership with a recognized HR professional body.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Working knowledge of graphic design applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and visual presentation.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- The position is based in Surulere, Lagos. Applicants must reside on the Lagos Mainland or within a reasonable commuting distance to the office.
Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
