Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen our brand presence in the polythene manufacturing industry.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, a proven marketing track record and the ability to manage and inspire a team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, plastic or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing a marketing team.
- Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
