Job Summary
- As our Operations Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with the CEO and Directors to shape our company’s future.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Partnering with executive leadership to define corporate goals, design robust operational policies, and make critical strategic decisions.
- Process Optimization: Analyzing existing workflows to maximize productivity, maintain strict quality control, and boost overall profitability.
- Financial Stewardship: Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and financial reporting to ensure lean, impactful operations.
- People & Culture: Partnering with HR to champion recruitment, mentor teams, conduct constructive performance reviews, and build a vibrant, high-morale workplace culture.
- Compliance & Alliances: Ensuring seamless regulatory compliance while forging strategic partnerships with external organizations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant Master’s degree is highly advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of post-NYSC experience in an operations management or similar leadership role.
- Financial & Legal Acumen: Proven ability to interpret financial data, manage budgets, and navigate regulatory compliance.
- Leadership Prowess: Stellar supervisory skills with a track record of building alliances and fostering strong internal communications.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
