HR Outsoursing Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate outsourced workforce operations to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Source, screen, and recruit suitable candidates for client staffing requirements.
• Oversee employee onboarding, documentation, deployment, and orientation processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between outsourced employees, clients, and the organization.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, discipline, and compliance with client and company policies.
• Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and workplace concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure accurate processing of payroll inputs, leave records, and other HR administrative activities for outsourced staff.
• Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong relationships to ensure service satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and updates on staffing activities and employee performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and contractual obligations governing outsourced personnel.

Pay

• N300,000 - N350,000 per month
• Plus other benefit.
