Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and hospitality business, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing budgets and operational costs, leading high-performing teams, and identifying opportunities to improve performance and expand market presence.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and business performance.
- Manage business budgets, expenses, and operational costs.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure operational excellence across departments.
- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery.
- Prepare reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years proven experience in a managerial or business management role, preferably in the food, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent business development and operational management abilities.
- Financial management and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly (Net)
