Head Wealth Manager
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
- Provide personalized financial planning and wealth management solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Advise clients on investment products, retirement planning, savings strategies, insurance, and wealth preservation opportunities.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and risk profiling to develop appropriate investment recommendations.
- Monitor client portfolios and provide regular performance reviews and market updates.
- Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and assets-under-management/advisory targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, KYC, AML, and internal policies in all client engagements.
- Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and financial products to provide sound advisory services.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client records, financial plans, investment proposals, and advisory reports.
Requirement
- 7-10 years of relevant experience
Salary
N2,000,000 - N3,500,000 per month plus other benefit.
