Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk - in and online customers professionally.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about company services, shipping rates, and timelines.
- Conduct inspection of items for defects and report discrepancies.
- Process, document, and prepare shipments accurately.
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Support daily branch operations as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be a serving NYSC corp member posted to Akure or nearby axis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer - focused, professional, and well-presented.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
- Must be ready to learn and adapt in a fast - paced environment.
- Residence within or close to the Alagbaka / Oba-Ile axis is an added advantage.
Salary
N75,000 / month.
