Customer Service Representative (Restaurant)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our restaurant team in Wuse 2, Abuja.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, handling orders efficiently, and ensuring a smooth front-of-house dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers in a warm and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen
- Provide menu information and recommend items to customers
- Ensure prompt delivery of orders and quality service
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate where necessary
- Process payments and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service area
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or restaurant/hospitality role is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, polite, and presentable personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge is required
- Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when scheduled
Working Conditions:
- Shift-based schedule (1 day on, 1 day off)
- Approximately 15 working days per month.

- Salary: N90,000 monthly
